My stay at Uncle Bear's Home was quite enjoyable, thanks to its super cozy atmosphere and prime location. It's right in the middle of the Sunday night market, making it super convenient to explore. However, the bathroom could use some updates, and there were a few mosquitoes in the room due to it being the rainy season.

I really liked the double-storey unit; it was spacious and air-conditioned. Plus, the giant teddy bear in the room added a cute touch to the vibe. Just watch out for the steep stairs, especially if you've got little ones with you.
Service

The receptionist was really caring and attentive, which made a big difference during my stay. She even helped me find a good taxi driver for sightseeing, which was a nice bonus.
Location

The location is unbeatable! It was super easy to walk to most of the sites in the Old City and dive right into the local food scene and shops.

I loved the nearby Thai eateries; they were authentic and delicious, perfect for grabbing a bite after exploring.

While the place had its charm, it could get a bit noisy with the bazaar right outside. The bathroom felt a bit old too, but it was manageable overall.

I had a wonderful stay at Uncle Bear's Home, enjoying the fantastic location right in the heart of the old city. The nearby eateries and massage centers were such a bonus! However, I found the steep stairs to the family room quite challenging, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience, but some improvements could be made. 😊

The family room was well-appointed but the steep staircase made it difficult, especially for young children. It also could have used more mirrors.
Service

The service was average and could be improved. I found it better to compare prices directly outside rather than booking through the hotel.
Location

The facilities were adequate, but I felt the room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Uncle Bear's Home. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old city and close to the Sunday night market, which made exploring so much easier. The room was clean and had a unique design. However, the noise from the road was a bit disruptive at times, and the steep staircase could be risky for little ones. Overall, a lovely experience! 😊🏡

I had a good time at Uncle Bear's Home, enjoying its vibrant location right in the heart of the old city. The family room was spacious and comfortable, but the steep staircase was a bit concerning, especially for younger kids or elderly guests. And while there were plenty of nearby eateries, I missed having breakfast included at the hotel.

Rooms

The family room was big and cozy, but the lighting could be improved, and the steep stairs were a safety issue for young children. Daily water supply was a nice touch.
Service

The staff was friendly, and the one English-speaking team member was particularly helpful, assisting me with every question I had. However, I noticed some hairs in the beds upon arrival, which was a bit off-putting.
Location

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the Sunday night market and surrounded by great Thai eateries and massage parlors. I loved that I could walk to most of the main attractions in the Old City.
Dining

While breakfast wasn’t offered at the hotel, there were numerous dining options just across the street. I really appreciated the availability of both Thai and Western food nearby.
Facilities

There were basic amenities available, but the steep staircase made accessing the family room a little challenging. Things like air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Uncle Bear's Home. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Sunday night market, making it easy to explore the Old City. However, the room showed signs of wear, with some mould in the bathroom and gaffer tape holding up the bed leg. For the price, it was decent, but a facelift would really enhance the experience.

Rooms

The room was spacious and fairly comfy, but I noticed some mould in the bathroom. Overall, it felt a bit dilapidated.

I received a warm welcome and found the staff friendly. The boss was particularly helpful and spoke English well, making communication easy.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old City. I could easily walk to temples, spas, and great eateries nearby.
Dining

There are plenty of good Thai eateries around. I enjoyed exploring the dining options outside the hotel.
Facilities

One downside is that there is no elevator. Additionally, being the rainy season, I did have to deal with a few mosquitoes in my room.
